O2 molecules are my friends.
Today I took part in another of those freaky tests on humans that take place in Trondheim. These people are testing the effect of training on people who are relatively fit and those who aren't for some paper of sorts. Rudely enough, Kai proposed that Øystein and I went and got tested to enter the test in the unfit category, based on the amount of chips/crisps and Pepsi we shove into our heads. So today we ran on a threadmill to check if our o2 consumption was below 55 liters per kilogram per minute.
It was not really fun, except for from a curious point of view, but we both turned out to be waaay to fit to be a part of the test group. Yay, well done us ;) So no more tests for me, no ultrasound to check my blood stream :D
First time ever I've been too fit...
