Morning Glory

John and I have had problems waking up lately. Yesterday we vowed that today we would get up early, and contact each other to make sure it would actually happen. It is noteworthy that this arrangement was set while John was playing SimCity, the time waster he had himself vowed one day earlier that he would stop playing. Anyways, this morning I woke up 08:34, just one minute before the alarm would go off, but early enough to postpone it for 20 minutes, without hearing that awful sound. Slept some more. Woke up 1 minute before the next alarm. And lo and behold! I actually got up. I wanted to get some results before I SMSed John to brag that I was awake, so I got up and made some coffee, the very symbol of Morning. But before I was able to sit down with my left-over-easter-dinner-breakfast, I got an enigmatic SMS from John: not knowing the setting, I might have thought he had lost it.

But since then I've made it out of the house, to the train station: I have tickets to Geneva! I'm Interrailing again!
Approximate Itinerary:
Tomorrow: Hamburg
Thursday morning: Arrival Strasbourg.
Friday or Saturday: Geneva. Montreaux.
Monday or Tuesday: Strasbourg again, and then home...

Lots of train. I'll bring a book.
