Kräftor o Falun Dafa

Kräftskiva i Lund

I was invited to Lund to Tracey's peeps' place for a kräftskiva. Lund is very cozy and a lot bigger than I'd thought, and with very nice houses like the one where Helen & Susann lived. The party was an introductory course and a reminder of several things:

Swedes from Skåne understand me surprisingly well. The strange thing is that they actually think I'm from Oslo. That's disturbing.

Not all Swedes have tattoos, are to the far left and live at Möllan. Some live in Lund, wear pink shirts and vote Moderaterna and Folkepartiet

Though Sweden is considered "green" in Norway, most people here, like anywhere, are not particularly involved.

      Taxi drivers have high education.

Falun Dafa

This "morning", as John and I were playing our civilizations we heard a drumbeat from the street. Figuring this was the normal crap we didn't care about it, but it was persistent, and later accompanied by singing! Weird! So we got up from our lazy asses, and looked out, and there was a Falun Dafa parade just outside our window! That's pretty cool. So there they were, beating thei drums in their yellow outfits and telling us there's 100 000 000 Falun Dudes around the world. I guess most of these are unregistered, and in China... Oops. I probably made myself "ineligible" for the Chinese "internet".

Oh, don't worry. I can read it here. Interesting that they still claim to have around 100 million followers with all the persecution. I think at most they might have had 30 million followers or so, but the true number in China now is probably at most 1 million.

That's bad news, because the energy field that's built up through meditation helps their leader to deflect the evil aliens that are trying to create clones to possess. The aliens invented, among other things, computers, so be careful :)...
