Munch
The Munch paintings (The Scream and Madonna) that were stolen from the Munch museum in Oslo 2 years ago are back. The people at the museum think people should be celebrating in the streets. Dagbladet is showing facsimiles from HT and Aftonbladet to show that other people care.
I'm not dancing in the streets. I don't feel too strongly about Munch, really. To me it's just a painting. The dude even made several versions of it (4), and the one stolen wasn't even the most famous of them, was it? I guess this means I'm an uncultural bastard. Oh well.
The one that was stolen was the one in which Munch decided to paint the face of the person green.
I also notice that Le Monde has this case on their front page:

That's nice. But my question is: who are the two dudes?
"Deux policiers encadrent le célèbre tableau 'Le Cri' (1893) d'Edvard Munch, volé sous les yeux des visiteurs en août 2004, à Oslo."
The police from where?
